And that is exactly what inspired us to make this change.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">Our users wanted to have control over the email trigger delay whenever the lead data was collected. In other words, they wanted to ensure that their leads received the email after a specific amount of time. We understood that every one of our clients has a different idea of the \u2018specific time\u2019. So, voila! From now on, our users will be able to decide at what time the email notification will be triggered once the lead has used the interactive experience!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Visual_Aid_in_Chatbots\"><\/span><strong>2) Visual Aid in Chatbots<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">We have been talking a lot about the <a href=\"https:\/\/outgrow.co\/blog\/chatbots-for-seo\">importance of chatbots<\/a>.
