The Command Palette is an innovative tool integrated into Outgrow’s content builder. It’s designed to simplify and speed up the process of adding and configuring elements in your interactive content. 

With this feature, you can quickly search for and add Form Elements, Widgets, and Integrations, making your content creation process smoother and more efficient than ever before.

Using the Command Palette in Outgrow

The Command Palette is a helpful tool in Outgrows content builder. It makes it easier to add and set up parts of your interactive content. You can use it to quickly find and add Form Elements, Widgets, and Integrations. This tool helps you create better content for your audience.

Important Note: To open the Command Palette, press Command + K on Apple devices or Ctrl + K on Windows devices.

How to Use the Command Palette

Here how you can use command palette functionality in Outgrow: 

1. Log in to your Outgrow account and open your content in Build mode. This is where you start. You need to be logged in and working on your content to use the Command Palette.

2. Click the Search icon at the top to open the Command Palette. Look for a search icon (usually looks like a magnifying glass) at the top of your screen. Clicking this will open the Command Palette.

3. You can search for Form Elements, Widgets, or Integrations using this palette. Once the Command Palette is open, you can type in what you’re looking for. It could be a form element (like a text box), a widget (like a chart), or an integration (like connecting to your email service).

4. If you search for a Form Element or Widget:

• Click on it to add it to your content.
• You can move it where you want in your content. When you find the element or widget you want, just click on it. It will appear in your content, and you can drag it to wherever you want it to be.

5. If you search for an integration:

• Clicking on it will take you to its settings in the Configure tab.
• You can change the settings there.

6. Click Publish to save your changes. For integrations, clicking will open the settings page. 

Here you can set up how the integration works. Don’t forget to save your changes by clicking Publish.
